Experience you will need: Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN. Preferred: MSN or master's in a health care related field. Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position. Required: Currently licensed in the state of residence/practice, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy; CPR.
