What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee the entire nursing department, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance
Mentor and support nursing staff — RNs, LPNs, and CNAs — fostering strong teamwork and development
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to maintain optimal resident care
Drive quality initiatives and outcomes, including survey readiness and improvements
Collaborate with administrators, therapy, and support staff to enhance resident experience
What You’ll Bring
Valid RN license in North Carolina
Proven experience in a nursing leadership role , ideally as DON or ADON in a SNF or rehab environment
Solid knowledge of CMS, state regulations, care planning, and staffing best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills—focused on team-building and quality care
