A long-term care facility west of Baker City, OR is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to join their team!

Pay: $93,000 - $144,000 annually

Director of Nursing Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct-hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
  
• Setting: long-term care
  
• $20,000 retention bonus
  
• relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!
  

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• The Director of Nursing will plan, implement, and evaluate the care plan for each resident. Develop and monitor resident care goals and policies with the healthcare team
  
• Ensure nursing services maximize the quality of care and protect residents and their rights
  
• Staff facility to meet state and federal regulations, keep the administrator apprised of staffing challenges
  
• Establish and maintain safety rules and procedures that incorporate governmental and company policies
  

Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Current valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
  
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  
• BLS Certification
  
• 2+ years of leadership experience
  
• Long-term care experience preferred
