Your Daily Magic Might Include:
Leading a rockstar team of RNs, LVNs, and CNAs
Elevating care standards and exceeding regulatory goals
Coaching, mentoring, motivating (with occasional tough love)
Bringing positive energy and sharp clinical judgment to every shift
Partnering with leadership to drive results — and resident smiles
You Bring:
A current Texas RN license (non-negotiable)
Proven experience as a DON or ADON in long-term care
Strong leadership chops and a passion for making systems better
A “let’s do this” attitude with just enough sass to get the job done
Love for elders, laughter, and leading by example
