FUNCTION:


Facility Administrator (FA) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the smooth and effective daily operation of the Dialysis Facility in order to maintain a safe, efficient environment to provide optimum patient care.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

• Demonstrates applicable knowledge of policies and procedures related to clinical

director, Coordinator/RN job descriptions.

• Coordinates and supervises patient care and daily operations of the dialysis facility.
• Demonstrates applicable knowledge of the policies and procedures of

providing patient care, including the patients treatment, and water

treatment facility.

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current active RN state licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Baccalaureate degree in nursing or health related field preferred).
• Minimum of 1 years experience in general nursing care plus a minimum of six months of dialysis experience and if for a home training center 3 months of which in a specific dialysis self-training activity as applicable.
• Prior supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
