RN – Director of Nursing (Assisted Living & Memory Support)
Birkwood Village of Fort Madison is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Director of Nursing for our Assisted Living and Memory Support community.

Requirements:

• Current Iowa RN license
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Leadership experience in senior living or a related setting preferred
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tenant assessments and develop individualized service plans
  
• Oversee and support the delivery of clinical services
  
• Provide training, supervision, and delegation to care staff
  
• Manage and monitor medication administration and compliance
  
• Serve as a liaison to families, healthcare providers, and community partners
