Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care Leadership

Join a medium-sized assisted living and memory care community (approx. 65 apartments) as their next Resident Care Director. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee health and wellness services, guide nursing and caregiving teams, and partner with executive leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. What You’ll Do: Direct resident care programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

Oversee daily operations of nursing and care teams

Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and leadership to ensure safety and wellness

Support staff development and maintain a positive, engaged care culture

What You Bring: RN or LPN license with leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care

Strong understanding of compliance, clinical operations, and resident-centered care

Proven ability to lead teams and build a supportive, collaborative culture

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
