An ambulatory surgery center near Claymont, DE is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing to lead their clinical team.

Director of Nursing Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $140,000–$160,000
  
• Contract: 13 weeks (strong potential for extension)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends or holidays
  

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all nursing and clinical operations within the ASC
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation, and best practices
  
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance management
  
• Collaborate with physicians and administration to drive quality improvement and patient care outcomes
  
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on engagement and professional growth
  

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Active Delaware RN license
  
• BSN required | BLS & ACLS required
  
• Ambulatory surgery center experience
  
• 20+ years of leadership experience
