Home Healthcare DON Qualifications: RN Texas license 2-3 years of supervisory/leadership, DON home healthcare management experience in home health 3. Attention to detail and a collaborative personality Home Healthcare DON Responsibilities: Coach/mentor field clinicians on clinical processes and documentation, and help improve overall outcomes and clinician satisfaction Assist in innovation in clinical and back-office processes to improve company performance Lead on QAPI measures and initiatives Operate as a clinical leader company-wide Perform QA and billing audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
