Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Director of National Enterprise to join our Provider Management Team. You will play a vital role in leading the expansion and maintenance of a nationwide network of healthcare providers; responsible for the overall strategy, structure, and communication with national healthcare groups to ensure LQTC meets its revenue targets and customer commitments.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for continuously leading the growth and maintenance of a robust national network healthcare groups, ensuring high-quality healthcare services across all programs.
Develop and sustain strong, productive connections with National Groups through regular, direct, and in-person communication.
Develop and ensure the appropriate strategy is in place for National Groups to support Leidos, QTCs commitment on all LOBs and customer obligations by creating a strategy, organizational structure and operating model.
Responsible for building and maintaining the National network of nationwide providers that drive QTC revenue generation in line with customer referral volume and projected operations revenue.
Be responsible for liaising with internal QTC leaders and staff as well as National business partner groups to include securing new business partners and managing existing business partner’s availability, performance metrics, contract discussions to grow our National Provider network and footprint.
Formulate a team that drives LQTC vision and strategy with a clear execution path to position Leidos QTC as a leading subcontractor for all supported programs.
Meet customer expectations through proactive, predictive, and analytical management, while ensuring compliance standards and KPIs are achieved. This includes continuous review and monitoring of National provider accounts to optimize performance for all programs.
Actively engage in new business and contract growth activities
Identify and implement enterprise-wide efficiencies and solutions to ensure a quality workforce and standardized processes and metrics.
Achieve short-term and long-term cost controls by eliminating non-value-added or non-standard quality processes.
Provide strategic direction and strategy-to-action plan for national network growth and accessibility in alignment with market and program needs.

Actively engage in strategic initiatives within the QTC Operation and Leidos Health Group to support the success of the entire organization
Build strong relationships across the company, offering valuable feedback to management and quality teams on issues, opportunities, and ways to enhance strategic priorities.
Assist VP Provider Management for developing provider recruiting management and operations technology roadmaps and associated execution of technology developments
Actively engage other organizations within Leidos on collaboration efforts that raise the bar on our current contracts and enable growth in adjacent markets
Assist Program Management in achieving customer experience (CX) goals by capturing precise data, setting benchmarks, and designing and implementing a CX roadmap for ongoing improvement. This includes monitoring progress for both internal and external customers.
Work closely with operations leaders, IT developers, marketing/communications, and Business development teams to improve Provider Network.
National Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing accounts by understanding their needs and maintaining productive connections through regular, direct, and in-person communication. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with years of professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
Minimum of years of experience in provider network contracting or provider relations
Minimum of years of progressive leadership responsibility
Experience managing National and Key accounts with responsibility for achieving business results
Experience in organizational development, change management, and facilitating teamwork
Proven track record of collaborating effectively to engage team members and senior leadership in supporting National Partners participant operational execution
Must be able to successfully pass the National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation About Leidos QTC Health Services
