We offer comprehensive virtual mental health services specifically tailored for integration into OB/Gyn and Family Medicine, guided by the psychiatric collaborative care model. Our virtual care team specializes in evidence-based coaching, therapy, care coordination, and psychiatric services with a focus on perinatal mental health and menopause management. Job Summary: As a vital leader within our organization, we are looking for an experienced Reproductive Psychiatrist who shares our commitment to improving women's mental health. This role offers a unique chance to oversee clinical excellence at FamilyWell while nurturing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance. You will play a critical part in developing evidence-based treatment protocols, ensuring clinical quality, and driving outstanding patient outcomes across the spectrum of reproductive mental health. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and support for teams including psychiatric nurse practitioners, coaches, social workers, and therapists. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols to enhance patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Mentor psychiatric nurse practitioners through case reviews and direct clinical care. Lead the strategic vision for women’s reproductive mental health services. Collaborate with executive leadership to broaden service offerings and clinical programs. Stay abreast of the latest research and integrate new findings into clinical practice. Contribute to product development and initiatives for clinical innovation. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Establish and maintain metrics for clinical quality and patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and HIPAA regulations. Oversee risk management and patient safety initiatives. Develop standards for clinical documentation. Recruit, hire, and supervise essential clinical staff. Provide ongoing training and professional development for the clinical team. Foster a collaborative and supportive virtual work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression for clinical staff. Requirements: Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Psychiatry. Advanced training in reproductive psychiatry or consultation liaison psychiatry. A minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience specifically in reproductive psychiatry. Current medical license in good standing (multi-state licensing preferred). Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for virtual patient care. Preferred Qualifications: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in clinical environments. Experience in startup or digital health sectors, especially with telehealth models. Background in clinical education, training, and team building. Familiarity with measurement-based care and clinical outcome tracking. Adept at functioning in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
