What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a creative marketing team, setting vision and direction Partner with executive leadership to elevate brand presence and expand market share Develop bold, strategic marketing plans that fuel business growth Introduce innovative campaigns, fresh concepts, and memorable customer experiences Strengthen customer and vendor relationships by tracking trends and staying ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields Background in
luxury brands, beverage, distillery, or wine/vintners
preferred Proven leadership and managerial success Familiarity with wholesale channels Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite
