We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead a small team of marketing professionals and be responsible for the day to day planning and execution of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, put a solid plan in place, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to help create the necessary elements.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, including experience leading a team of marketing professionals • Ability to not only put a strategic plan in place, but also handle the development and execution of all of the necessary pieces of the marketing mix • Excellent writing skills and ability to create industry-relevant content • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and execution skills • Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Familiarity with industry trends, developments, and regulations • Experience in creating and analyzing marketing metrics • Experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation (preferred) • Experience with managing a website (HTML) as well as e-Commerce (preferred)
