As we enter a new phase of brand evolution, digital transformation, and operational restructuring, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead our omni-channel marketing efforts across digital, retail, and local markets. Role Summary The Marketing Director will oversee the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives — from digital growth and CRM to in-store traffic-driving campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-informed brand builder who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-moving retail environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals (sales, traffic, customer acquisition & retention). Own annual marketing calendar: product launches, promotions (e.g., Presidents' Day, Memorial Day), and local campaigns. Form and maintain a marketing team with professional backgrounds, and work closely with AD agency. Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee paid digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video) in coordination with the performance agency. Work closely with the eCommerce team to drive online traffic, affiliate sales, EDM, conversions, and ROAS. Brand & Retail Marketing Lead brand storytelling across touchpoints: print, in-store, video, and social. Oversee in-store promotional signage, window campaigns, and showroom visuals. Coordinate local marketing efforts (e.g., geo-targeted offers, community events, sponsorships). Analytics & Budget Manage marketing budget allocation across channels and initiatives. Monitor KPIs: CAC, LTV, foot traffic, conversion rates, campaign ROI. Prepare monthly reports for executive review. Leadership & Collaboration Lead a cross-functional team (creative, digital, content, PR, agency partners). Partner with merchandising, IT, operations, and retail teams to ensure alignment. Report directly to the SVP and act as the marketing lead on internal projects as required. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in retail, consumer goods, or eCommerce. Deep expertise in digital performance marketing and retail campaign execution. Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys. Data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent project management and team leadership skills. Experience working with creative/branding agencies preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Salary Description $150,000 to $175,000 annually
