This role plays a critical part in shaping the school’s public image, building community partnerships, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. n Key Responsibilities: n Strategic Planning & Leadership n Develop and implement an annual marketing and enrollment growth strategy aligned with the school’s goals. n Analyze enrollment trends, competition, and market opportunities to inform campaigns. n Collaborate with school leadership to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment. n Enrollment & Community Outreach n Create and manage initiatives to attract and retain prospective families. n Organize and promote community events. n Foster relationships with local businesses, parent groups, and community organizations. n Digital Marketing & Communications n Oversee the school’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and on-brand. n Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and newsletters. n Manage online reputation and parent reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. n Track website analytics and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. n Branding & Visual Identity n Maintain and elevate the school’s visual identity across all media. n Coordinate design and production of branded items and promotional materials. n Ensure staff and school materials reflect brand guidelines. n Advertising & Media Relations n Plan and manage advertising campaigns (print, digital, radio, etc.). n Build relationships with local media and coordinate press releases or feature stories. n Monitor and manage marketing budget and vendor contracts. n Qualifications: n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. n 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, early childhood, or service-based industries. n Strong written and verbal communication skills. n Proficient in social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp). n Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad campaigns is a plus. n Passion for early childhood education and family engagement. n Preferred Traits: n Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail n Collaborative and team-oriented n Data-driven decision maker n Strong organizational and time management skills n Warm, engaging, and professional demeanor with families and staff n Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 per year n Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, some occasional weekend / community events n Ready to Make a Difference?
