We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Patient Acquisition to spearhead our marketing strategy, drive patient acquisition, and expand our reach with creativity, vision, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on generating qualified leads, guiding sales initiatives, and building lasting brand trust through compelling campaigns and outreach.

LifeWorks Wellness Center is one of the largest integrated practices in the U.S. Patients travel from all over the world to receive our holistic, life-changing treatments for chronic health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead company-wide sales, marketing and demand generation strategies that drive patient acquisition and retention
- Launch and manage campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels to maximize lead generation
- Collaborate with and coach a growing team, while working closely with senior leadership to align sales goals with business objectives
- Ensure consistent branding and a positive reputation across all platforms, including some PR functions
- Oversee new patient scheduling by ensuring lead flow is sufficient and that the team communicates services clearly and accurately, fostering patient understanding and steady appointment volume
- Use analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience (healthcare, hospitality, or other service-driven industries strongly considered)
- Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Background in PR or brand reputation management a plus
- Passion for mission-driven work; experience in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality highly valued.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and CRM tools
- Prior experience overseeing both strategic direction and day-to-day execution
