The Marketing team turns complex adtech solutions rooted in data and strategy into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond, through events, visual design, and strategic content while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around the brand.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive US-focused events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives that support growth and brand presence.
What You Will Do
- Work with adjoe US business teams to build and execute annual events strategy.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue through launching new partnerships from events, webinars, talks, VIP dinners, etc.
- Develop an adjoe owned conference bringing together 50 clients and prospects for two days of content and relationship building.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to coordinate marketing materials that drive event success.
- Collaborate with design to build booths, design merchandise, and other materials to highlight adjoe’s brand.
- Manage US events budget and work with finance.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners in adtech, martech, and related industries to drive strategic collaborations and growth of new US partnerships.
- Identify and establish co-marketing and account mapping opportunities to generate leads and expand adjoe's business footprint (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
- Monitor industry developments and trends to inform strategy and partnership opportunities.
- Act as a spokesperson/thought leader for adjoe at industry conferences and events, presenting product offerings and market insights.
Who You Are
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles.
- Experience and understanding of adtech, mobile gaming, or mobile app ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build and manage a marketing roadmap with revenue growth from new partnerships and lead generation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to represent the company on stage and with clients, and to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through partnerships and collaboration.
- Large network with established relationships in adtech or MarTech.
- Ability to work with leadership to ensure events support business, tech, and talent goals.
- Independent worker who sets priorities, makes decisions, and drives initiatives with accountability.
- Ability to build internal alignment and clearly communicate strategy, responsibilities, and expectations across teams.
- Metrics-driven with the ability to set success criteria and track ROI across the event lifecycle.
