Position Summary: The Springs Living is seeking a strategic, process-driven Director of Marketing Operations to lead the operational backbone of our marketing communications team. This leadership role will be pivotal in building and optimizing systems, processes, and team structures that enable scalable and efficient ways of working across our marketing function. This individual will manage key teams within marketing— including Project Management, Field Marketing, Creative Services, and Vendor Partner Management —and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Operations, and senior leadership partners. Success in this role requires a leader who can influence change, build alignment across stakeholders, and bring clarity and consistency to execution. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, with a proven track record in content marketing strategy, change management, and driving operational excellence at-scale. The Director of Marketing Operations reports to the VP, Marketing and Communications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor teams across Field Marketing, Project Management, Creative Services, and Vendor Management. Create clear career paths, establish performance metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Design and implement scalable marketing processes, workflows, and operational frameworks that increase efficiency and consistency. Develop and optimize project intake, planning, task management, reporting and execution systems across teams. Drive operational rigor through standard operating procedures (SOPs), resource allocation frameworks, and performance tracking. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Operations, and senor leadership teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Act as a key stakeholder in cross-team initiatives, ensuring marketing input is operationalized effectively. Oversee marketing calendar development and integrated campaign planning with a focus on executional excellence. Manage the planning and execution of field marketing programs in close alignment with KPI targets that support revenue and growth goals. Oversee the content marketing strategy and ensure alignment with brand, audience needs, and business goals. Lead creative operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance evaluation. Manage operational budgets across teams and identify cost efficiencies without sacrificing impact. Drive continuous improvement across marketing systems and tools by leading change management initiatives and securing cross-functional buy-in. Communicate process and system changes clearly, ensuring adoption across all relevant teams. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related marketing leadership role, with at least 3 years in a people management capacity. Strong project management skills with a focus on scalable process development. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiencies in high-growth environments. Experience managing content marketing strategy and creative operations. Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills—able to drive alignment at all levels. Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, tools, and platforms (e.g., Asana, SEMRush, CRM such as Salesforce, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
