Role Summary
The Director of Marketing will lead ALLSERV’s go-to-market strategy, demand engine, and brand positioning. This role will drive measurable business growth by owning multi-channel marketing campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for our top accounts, and localized hub marketing.
You will be accountable for building the marketing foundation—conducting whitespace analysis, identifying priority customers, and developing campaigns that resonate with operations and supply chain leaders. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with Sales, oversee at least one direct report, and manage external agency partners.
Success means expanding ALLSERV’s visibility, increasing high-quality inbound leads, and generating pipeline impact across all regions and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Foundations
· Conduct market whitespace analysis to identify untapped opportunities and priority customers.
· Establish a go-to-market framework that strengthens ALLSERV’s position in MRO and supply chain services.
· Develop messaging that highlights ALLSERV’s AI-driven optimization, digital dashboards, and proven results as core differentiators.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
· Design and execute ABM programs for ALLSERV’s top 50 target accounts across PI and MRO service lines.
· Build account-specific content, campaigns, and executive engagement strategies.
Demand & Digital Growth
· Own SEO strategy—boosting keyword rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic in ALLSERV’s niche.
· Manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid search, email, and web.
· Optimize website conversion funnels, landing pages, and gated content for lead capture.
HubSpot Execution & Analytics
· Leverage HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub for automation, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
· Build shared dashboards for Sales and Marketing to align pipeline metrics and lead follow-up SLAs.
· Track CAC, LTV, and marketing ROI, reporting progress against quarterly lead targets.
Regional Hub Marketing
· Develop localized marketing campaigns for ALLSERV’s growth regions: East, West, Midwest, and Gulf Coast.
· Produce regional case studies, PR, and customer success stories to strengthen credibility in each hub.
Partnership & Field Marketing
· Lead co-marketing initiatives with partners such as Verusen and Fastenal (webinars, bundled offers, joint campaigns).
· Manage ALLSERV’s participation in industry events, trade shows, and regional field events, ensuring strong pipeline from each.
Leadership & Collaboration
· Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team.
· Collaborate tightly with Sales on pipeline reviews, lead handoffs, and campaign alignment.
· Manage 3rd-party agencies and ensure campaign ROI.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of B2B marketing leadership in MRO, inventory, supply chain, or related services.
· Proven experience in ABM strategy, whitespace analysis, and go-to-market foundation building.
· Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub (automation, workflows, dashboards).
· Strong background in SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, and analytics.
· Demonstrated success in demand and lead-to-pipeline impact.
· Experience in regional marketing campaigns and field/trade show marketing.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Performance Measures
· Quarterly lead targets by segment and region.
· CAC/LTV ratio improvements and shorter payback periods.
· Growth in ALLSERV’s LinkedIn engagement and followers.
· ROI from campaigns, partnerships, and industry events.
· Increased marketing-sourced revenue contribution to pipeline.
