Our client, a leader in the fashion industry is searching for a Director of Marketing to lead their marketing team and own their brand strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Develop/execute cross-channel marketing strategy (paid social, SEM, SEO, affiliate, email, SMS). Lead brand positioning, storytelling, creative strategy, visual identity. Own full-funnel performance metrics Build and manage internal and external marketing teams/agencies. YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have: 5+ years of marketing experience in D2C ecommerce, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Proven track record scaling a major D2C brand. Hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok, Google, affiliate platforms, Shopify Plus. Deep knowledge of email/SMS platforms and analytics tools. Experience with A/B testing MBA or equivalent preferred Familiarity with influencer and UGC strategies preferred.
