Your Role: Design and lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that advances the organization's goals Oversee all content development, including print, digital, social media, video, advertising, and internal communications Increase visibility and public awareness through earned media, community campaigns, and digital outreach Work closely with Development, Program, and Senior Leadership teams to align communications with fundraising, events, client and staff recruitment, and mission goals. Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team focused on fostering a collaborative environment while amplifying our mission What We're Looking For:
An innovative and dynamic Director of Marketing & Communications to lead our organization's strategic marketing, brand management, and storytelling efforts. LFCS brand champion - ensuring consistency, authenticity, and impact in every message we deliver Strong leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders Strategic thinker proficient in analyzing complex situations, identifying potential problems, and developing effective solutions Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (non-profit experience a plus) Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, content management systems, and analytics tools Comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with diverse communities.
