LHH is currently searching for a Director of Marketing & Business Development for a permanent opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. This is a leadership role essential to developing and executing the company's growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in marketing and business development, specifically within B2B environments. The successful candidate will support the sales team, manage the sales pipeline, drive revenue, and lead the implementation of strategic sales enablement tools. This is an onsite role in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize marketing and sales vision. Lead cross-functional teams in go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns. Sales Team Monitoring & Support Monitor, mentor, and assist the sales team in all sales execution activities, including lead qualification and closing. Provide regular coaching and performance feedback. Work with sales management to enhance sales methodologies and processes. Pipeline Management Oversee pipeline health to sustain a consistent flow of qualified leads. Use CRM and analytics tools to track metrics, forecast revenue, and identify bottlenecks. Partner closely with business development and inside sales teams to optimize conversion strategies. Sales Enablement Strategy Design and lead sales enablement initiatives, including sales tools, playbooks, and training. Ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date resources and information. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business needs. Marketing Operations Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads. Manage the marketing budget and analyze ROI to maximize campaign effectiveness. Coordinate messaging and branding across all teams. Business Development & Partnerships Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Build lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers. Negotiate and close high-value deals in partnership with leadership and legal teams. Market Insights & Analytics Conduct research on trends, competition, and customer preferences. Translate data-driven insights into actionable business strategies. Report regularly to leadership on performance, pipeline, and growth initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture. Encourage continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). At least 7 years of experience in marketing and/or business development within B2B industries. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments. Strong record of executing integrated sales and marketing strategies. Proficient with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, and pipeline management. Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex information clearly. Proven relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a solutions-driven approach. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
