Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Oversight: Direct and supervise maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modifications of aircraft and components to meet company and federal standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with Air Operator Certificate (AOC) conditions and restrictions.
  • Manual Improvement: Evaluate and recommend changes to the Maintenance Operations Manual for enhanced performance.
  • Training & Development: Lead strategic planning and coordination of MTX training and development, ensuring staff are fully trained.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of company materials and supplies.
  • Safety Management: Implement Safety Management System (SMS) and manage safety risks and security threats related to aircraft operations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks, maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a current A&P license.
  • Minimum three years of aircraft maintenance experience in the past six years, including one year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in returning airplanes to service and knowledge of maintenance operations specifications and applicable FAR provisions.
  • Strong understanding of company manuals and procedures to ensure compliance and effective supervision.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and authorization to work in the U.S.
