RegalCare at Lowell Nursing Center is a short and long term care facility located in Lowell, MA.
We are currently seeking a Diretor of Maintenance to join our team!
SNF experience preferred.
Performing hands-on maintenance and repair work as required and directing maintenance technicians in the performance of maintenance and repair work
Conducting, scheduling, and/or directing ongoing and preventive maintenance programs including HVAC, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler/fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, communications, carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing and similar work
Knowledge of Safety regulations, state/federal codes and safe work practices
We require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all Healthcare Nursing Center personnel and affiliates who will be present at a facility. Religious and medical exemptions will be provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
