Director of Maintenance - FAA Certified Repair Station
We’re looking for an experienced aviation maintenance leader to take the helm as our Director of Maintenance. As an FAA Certified Repair Station, we’re committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence - and we need someone who shares that commitment to lead our team and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do: Oversee all FAA Part 145 operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Lead a high-performing team of technicians, supervisors, and inspectors. Manage maintenance and overhaul workflows to meet TAT and quality goals. Provide technical guidance on component repair and overhaul. Maintain audit readiness and serve as the accountable manager for FAA compliance. Partner across teams - Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. Drive efficiency through LEAN practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring: 10+ years in FAA Part 145 repair station operations. Strong leadership in accessory repair and team development. Expertise in aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic systems. FAA A&P license preferred; prior Accountable Manager experience is a plus.
