As the Director of Maintenance on our team, you will supervise maintenance staff, manage building systems, and uphold safety and code standards to support residents and caregivers. Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs. Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance. Demonstrate working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements. Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards. Be available to be “on call” as needed. Demonstrate proficiency in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance. Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations. 2-3 years of supervisory and management experience. Ability to multi-task and stay organized with time management skills.
