About the Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional to join us as Director of Maintenance in Orange County. You’ll lead all aspects of our aircraft fleet’s maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability that match the luxury charter experience we promise our clients.
Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance activities, programs, and inspections. Collaborate with flight crews and leadership to support missions. Manage workflows, inspections, and heavy maintenance planning. Optimize aircraft availability and align with owner schedules. Lead with integrity, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements: 7+ years A&P experience, including Hawker 400XP and Gulfstream G IVSP. 3+ years managing teams or contractors. FAA A&P Certificate (current). Corporate aviation experience required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel for maintenance events and pass DOT/FAA screenings.
