We are currently seeking a Director of Physical Plant to oversee the engineering operations of the campus. Sample of Qualifications & Duties Include:

* Related education and experience necessary to direct full scope of engineering operations * Manage maintenance staff and develop a team in a manner that allows each teammate to enhance their talents and give them opportunities for skills growth * Plan team assignments in a way that preventive maintenance as well as day to day maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and timely * Work with corporate team in planning and implementing physical growth and development of the campus * Have a working knowledge of OSHA, DHEC and other regulations as they apply to the operations of the physical plant * Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers assuring quality services at a fair price * Have business office knowledge necessary to process invoices, develop and maintain a departmental budget, collect bids on projects, etc * Work with other departments on campus to provide maintenance support
