Overview Director of Maintenance (Long Term Care Experience Required)
Responsibilities Develop and execute maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
Fabricate, install, and maintain high voltage electrical systems
Oversee project management for maintenance-related initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget
Maintain low voltage electrical systems, including lighting and communication systems
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Requirements Long Term Care experience, Nursing Home Setting
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in maintenance management or related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
In-depth knowledge of high voltage electrical systems and their components
Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems, including lighting and communication systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
