This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with strategic autonomy and strong executive support. Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction for maintenance and engineering functions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, engineering preferred Professional Certification in Engineering preferred Further training in maintenance/engineering/asset management would be well regarded Preferred minimum 5 years of supervision Preferred minimum 2 years technical/engineering experience with automated container handling equipment (e.g., automated stacking cranes and auto straddle carriers) or similar Labor relations experience Experience with safety and environmental compliance programs Purchasing, inventory control, and cost accounting experience Experience within 24/7 operational environments preferred Interested in hearing more?
