We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Branch Director to lead and manage daily logistics operations while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day branch operations, including planning and executing both domestic and international transportation activities. This individual will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, operational expertise, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership to align logistics goals with business objectives.
Oversee daily operations with a focus on customer service, finance, and service excellence.
Enhance branch productivity through training, budgeting, and process optimization.
Lead logistics functions, including air/ocean freight, distribution, drayage, warehousing, and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards via best practices and SOPs.
Investigate and report service failures, incidents, or claims for timely resolution.
Monitor and report performance metrics; lead daily management meetings to drive improvements.
Manage recruitment, performance, and development of branch staff in partnership with HR.
Build high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Support business development and maintain regular reporting to Korea.
Forecast and manage financial performance, including revenue and net income targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
At least 13 years of logistics management experience.
At least 5 years of proven leadership experience as a logistics manager.
Deep understanding of international transportation and freight forwarding industries.
Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence others effectively.
Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Transport management and Warehouse management platforms preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
