Overview The role involves investment sales, marketing, and service within the financial intermediary channel, plus activities across institutional channels and consultant relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Catholic-oriented institutions such as (arch)dioceses, foundations, religious institutes, universities, and hospitals, along with their consultants and intermediaries.
Core Responsibilities Serve as a modified wholesaler focusing on intermediary relationships, including consultants and distribution partners.
Coordinate within the financial intermediary channel, including participating in conferences and panels representing KoCAA.
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for intermediaries and institutional clients.
Manage an assigned sales territory, driving new business and supporting existing relationships.
Lead RFP and due diligence processes, ensuring timely and competitive responses.
Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and conferences across territories.
Build and deepen relationships with key financial intermediaries and consulting firms.
Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging with client needs.
Utilize CRM systems to track activities, manage relationships, and report sales efforts.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Institutional sales and marketing experience
Knowledge of the financial intermediary marketplace
Understanding of fixed income, equity, and alternative investments
Familiarity with investment laws, policies, and regulations
Knowledge of Catholic institutions and hierarchy
Understanding of Catholic Social Teachings and Faith-Based Investing
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 FINRA licenses
Education:
BS or BA in marketing, finance, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent training
Compensation Estimated salary range: $126,000 - $220,500, based on experience, skills, and location (Connecticut). The company reserves the right to adjust the range. Compensation depends on individual circumstances.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available.
Physical Demands Primarily stationary work for most of the day.
