The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving our sales and operational expense (OPEX) goals while promoting market development effectively. In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including marketing, corporate accounts, business operations, and medical affairs, to craft and implement strategies that will bolster our multi-billion dollar business. This position requires you to provide direct oversight to regional sales managers, guiding the field sales team towards ambitious targets while ensuring exceptional employee engagement and productivity. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, specifically immunologists, neurologists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), highlighting the clinical and economic advantages of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in business or life sciences and a distinguished track record of 12 years or more in sales, sales management, and/or marketing/account management within the healthcare field. Prior experience in rare diseases, immunology, and/or neurology is crucial.
