DOE. They work Nationwide on a contingency basis. No fees to applicants. Job Description Director of Medical Imaging, ARRT, BS, Masters highly preferred for a beautiful Texas hospital. Candidates must have strong leadership experience as Director in a hospital of at least 100 beds, steady work history. Strong budgeting, staffing, mentoring, leading the entire department. Develops, implements and evaluates policies, standards, educational services, and programs that support the department. Demonstrates initiatives in developing, implementing and analyzing quality improvement activities and outcomes of the department. Develops and submits budget assumptions, capital and annual budgets for the departments. Monitors variances on a monthly basis/develops corrective action as needed. Initiates activities to enhance revenues. Qualifications Director of Imaging must have a BS, strongly preferred Masters. Must hold a current certificate in C.P.R. Must hold a current certificate in areas required for clinical field. Must hold a current license for clinical specialty as required in the state of Texas. This position plays a key role in emergency preparedness/response at the hospital, and this position is required to complete the NIMS training courses for Healthcare within 90 days of hire.
