Administer attendance tracking, ensuring time-off requests, sick leave, and other absences are properly documented and approved in Gusto. Coordinate benefits administration and serve as the point of contact for payroll updates and changes (in partnership with Gusto). Monitor performance issues, prepare and deliver employee write-ups, and coordinate performance improvement plans (PIPs) in partnership with leadership. Manage the recruiting process from posting job ads to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. Handle new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the firm. Support employees by answering questions about policies, benefits, and procedures, fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and compliance reports. Assist leadership in creating and updating policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures to meet current employment laws. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership to improve employee experience and retention.
