Position Overview
Ways2Well (W2W) and ReviveRX are seeking a dynamic, strategic Director of Human Resources to lead a shared-services HR function and partner with executive and operational leaders across both organizations. This role is pivotal in shaping culture, advancing our people strategy, and enabling business performance through forward-thinking HR practices. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR leader with a strong generalist background; experience in fast-paced environments (healthcare, distribution, or manufacturing); and a passion for employee engagement, development, and operational excellence. You will lead initiatives that strengthen our high-performance culture, ensure compliance, and scale processes across two sister organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Shared-Services Leadership- shared-services model supporting both W2W and ReviveRX, defining service levels, workflows, and escalation paths.
-Harmonize policies, handbooks, and practices where appropriate while accounting for each entity’s unique needs.
Coordinate cross-company programs (benefits, compensation cycles, engagement surveys) in partnership with Finance, Payroll, and Operations. Standardize HR processes and documentation for consistency, compliance, and efficiency across both companies.
-Strategic HR Leadership
Lead strategic people initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management across both entities.
-Translate business needs into HR strategies that drive performance and support growth.
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing consultation and coaching on performance management, change management, and team effectiveness.
Talent & Organizational Development
Orchestrate talent management initiatives: performance management, talent reviews, and compensation planning.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent for both W2W and ReviveRX.
Drive organizational effectiveness through leadership development, workforce planning, and clear career paths.
Culture & Engagement
Lead programs that enhance engagement, morale, and a strong sense of belonging across departments and both organizations.
Promote and sustain a culture rooted in inclusion, transparency, collaboration, and service excellence.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multi-site, multi-entity operations.
Lead fair, thorough internal investigations and resolve employee relations matters with discretion.
Support regulatory reporting and partner on health & safety compliance.
Operational HR Excellence
Oversee execution of core HR programs (e.g., compensation cycles, engagement surveys, HR audits) for both companies.
Leverage HRIS and analytics to track and improve KPIs (turnover, engagement, compliance metrics).
Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals across W2W and ReviveRX.
Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Manage external HR vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP, talent strategy, and engagement.
-2+ years in a leadership role managing others within distribution, logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing (required).
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
-HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
-Strong working knowledge of EEOC, OSHA, and FLSA.
-Functional knowledge of ADP, Workday, and related HRIS/tools preferred.
-Proven track record aligning HR initiatives with business strategy to deliver measurable results.
-Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and people analytics.
-Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
-Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, evolving organization.
-Preferred: Experience leading HR in a multi-entity and/or shared-services environment.
-Travel: 10–20% to Houston location.
