Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor the HR team
Manage all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance processes
Implement policies and best practices that promote engagement and retention
Partner with the CFO and leadership team to align HR strategy with organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications
5-10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Prior supervisory or management experience required
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or MUNIS HRIS systems
Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
