To support current and future growth, we're seeking a people-first HR leader and Talent Acquisition Specialist who can shape HR strategy and drive hands-on recruiting to build world-class teams. What You'll Do: Lead HR operations: employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and culture etc. Drive recruiting for project managers, superintendents, safety, and administrative personnel. Continue to build talent pipelines with universities, trade schools, and industry networks. Partner with executives to align workforce planning with company growth and project success. Champion employee growth, engagement, and employee satisfaction across the company. What We're Looking For: 2+ years in HR and/or Talent Acquisition with strong recruiting expertise in the construction industry preferred. Proven leadership experience building HR programs.
