What You'll Do: Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents
Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
What You'll Need: Active LPN or RN license in the State of Oklahoma
At least 1 year of experience in senior living and/or memory care
CPR Certification required
Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
Valid driver’s license
