Core Purpose Drive agent growth for MaX House by generating new opportunities, recruiting the right talent, and ensuring the team has a steady pipeline of potential partners. This is the most important position in the company because continued growth protects us from seasonality, sales drop-offs, and unexpected life events, while overhead and expenses remain Compensation: $50,000 Responsibilities: Agent Outreach & Prospecting: Make daily calls to agents in the market, follow up with warm leads and past conversations, and track activity/results in Follow Up Boss/CRM. Agent Conversations & Appointments: Build rapport, communicate our value proposition, overcome objections, and set appointments with leadership for discovery calls. Role Play & Training Practice: Use word tracks and scripts to sharpen conversations, participate in 'I do, we do, you do' training (side-by-side calls, then independent), and build confidence under pressure before speaking with agents live. Culture & Representation: Be the energetic, positive 'face of growth' for the company, share our mission, attract aligned people, and contribute to a growth-focused culture. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or business development (real estate industry experience preferred). Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple conversations daily. Excellent communication and persuasion skills , with confidence in handling objections and closing appointments. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a metrics-driven environment. Highly organized and consistent in CRM usage (Follow Up Boss or similar system experience preferred). Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude that reflects and reinforces company culture. Comfortable participating in role-play, feedback, and ongoing skill development to refine recruiting conversations. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience recruiting real estate agents or working in a brokerage or team environment. Familiarity with real estate licensing, team structures, and commission models. Understanding of lead generation systems and pipelines within a CRM. Track record of contributing to company growth through strategic relationship building.
