Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop global supply chain strategies for business growth

Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles

Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field

Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams

Strong project management and organizational skills

Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes Nice to Have Skills & Experience: MBA or APICS, CPIM, CSCP certifications

Experience in IVD, medical device, or regulated life sciences industries

Knowledge of Lean or Operational Excellence principles
