$150,000k 175,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager with 10+ years of experience in international import/export operations to lead global trade and supplier compliance programs, manage supplier-related regulatory alignment, and drive cross transparency across complex global supply chains.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; preferred fields include Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Legal Studies.
10+ years of experience in global trade compliance and customs operations, with strong knowledge of international trade regulations including EAR, ITAR, CBP, and EU customs.
Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as CBP, CBSA, BIS, OFAC, and similar agencies.
Experience with supply chain security and sustainability-related compliance programs such as CTPAT, AEO, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
Relevant certifications such as Licensed Customs Broker (LBC), Certified Export Specialist (CES), or legal credentials (e.g., Juris Doctor or international trade law training) are a plus.
Deep expertise in global customs regulations and trade law.
Experience with Excel, data tools, ERP systems, and / or AI-enabled tools
Responsibilities:
Lead global trade compliance programs, ensuring adherence to international import/export laws and alignment with regulatory agencies such as CBP, BIS, OFAC, and CBSA.
Oversee supplier-related compliance activities, including risk mitigation, audit support, and responsible sourcing practices across regions.
Provide oversight across the global supply chain to ensure transparency, ethical trade practices, and alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government entities to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border operations.
Oversee regional and global direct reports, driving a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement across international teams.
