Responsibilities:
Oversee the franchise development pipeline to secure signed franchise agreements.
Collaborate with broker networks.
Attend tradeshows and events to promote franchise opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Achieve metrics aligned with franchise development growth plans.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of franchise sales experience.
Retail industry experience.
Extensive CRM platform experience.
Entrepreneurial attitude and team player.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
B2B and B2C experience.
Ability to present key results and growth strategies to executive leadership.
Proactive, consultative selling style with strong interpersonal skills.
