Responsibilities The Director of FP&A will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support processes. This role will provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to optimize business performance and ensure financial health. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong analytical and communication skills. Develop and maintain our monthly forecast. Lead and manage the annual Budget process Build and update monthly and quarterly Board level materials Facilitate the financial modeling and financial due diligence process for the company’s M&A initiatives Track return and performance of acquisitions and strategic initiatives Maintain, develop, and automate strategic KPIs for the company and its key stakeholders and leaders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Key point of contact for any ad-hoc analysis across the organization Responsible for board presentation material Manage long range model Requirements 8 or more years of experience in corporate FP&A Experience working for a PE-backed company Experience in a manufacturing or consumer products company is a plus Bachelor’s degree is required, Graduate degree a plus Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing time commitments Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong Excel skills- experience with financial modeling Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
