We’re looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join us this fall and help launch these game-changing venues. This is your chance to shape the concepts, build the team, and set the standard for dining and events at PDX.
You’ll:
- Lead operations for restaurants, bars, banquet/catering services, and meeting setups across 8,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and beverage team on menus, wine lists, craft cocktails, and signature dining experiences.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction while meeting quality, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Work closely with Sales & Events to deliver seamless banquets, conferences, and special events.
You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of progressive F&B leadership in full-service or luxury hotels.
- Experience in fine dining, banquets, catering, and/or pre-opening operations.
- Creative flair, financial acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams.
