Salary $123,932- $153,103 ...*based on skill, experience, and work history PLUS- $$Bonus Potential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality Management 10+ years of senior-level experience in large-scale venue or event operations Strong knowledge of operational budgeting and P&L management Proven leadership in multi-department management Familiarity with union environments and compliance regulations Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational departments, including facilities, guest services, and logistics Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Levy and client goals Lead senior managers and foster a culture of excellence and accountability Monitor venue performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Collaborate closely with other vendors to ensure a holistic guest experience Maintain regulatory compliance with safety, labor, and health codes
