Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Hire, lead and develop food and beverage teams across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Set performance standards, conduct regular meetings, and foster a positive work culture.
Kitchen Operations: Ability to lead daily kitchen activities as Executive Chef, including food preparation for outlets and banquets, plating, and quality control; supervise a sous chef, line cooks, and prep staff to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and speed.
Menu & Innovation: Collaborate on creative, brand-aligned menus. Stay current with culinary trends and seasonal offerings.
Operations & Guest Experience: Ensure smooth daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high service standards. Coordinate with other departments for a cohesive guest experience.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control inventory, and analyze financial performance to drive profitability.
Marketing & Events: Partner with marketing to promote dining outlets and organize special events to boost engagement.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold health and safety standards, conduct training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
