We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead the culinary and service operations at a premier winery in the Temecula Valley . This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful service, creative programming, and operational excellence across multiple F&B outlets, including a full-service restaurant, tasting room, banquets, and events.

Compensation: $135,000 - $165,000/yr + bonus, health benefits, 401K with match, PTO, and more! Requirements: 5+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or winery hospitality environments Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and elevate guest service standards Expertise in F&B operations, cost control, menu development, and event execution Strong financial acumen with a focus on profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
