We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead the full rebranding and revitalization of a multi-concept hospitality operation that includes boutique lodging and multiple dining outlets. What You’ll Do Drive the full rebrand and repositioning of all food & beverage operations Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence and guest engagement Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence and profitability Build, mentor, and inspire a team that delivers consistent, high-quality experiences Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and budgeting Turn vision into action—focusing on measurable improvements in both guest satisfaction and financial results
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of executive leadership in luxury food & beverage and hospitality operations Must have steady and current tenure of 3 to 5 years with each organization Proven success executing turnarounds, rebrands, or repositioning strategies Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of improving results Inspirational leadership style with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across departments Commitment to long-term growth—must reside in the Wabash community Culinary credentials not required, but broad hospitality expertise is essential
