Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale a high-performing firmware engineering team.

Oversee the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware for complex hardware systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and process improvements.

Ensure firmware reliability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in firmware development, including 5+ in engineering leadership.

Strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and hardware/software integration.

Experience delivering production firmware for safety-critical or high-reliability products.
